I love my Book Club! We have just started our third year and it is such a great part of my life. Not only do I get to read awesome books, many of which I would never pick up on my own, and have great discussions that help my brain retain some of it's original function instead of turning into "mommy mush", but I have made wonderful friendships that I cherish. Tonight however, was the one part of Book Club that I don't love...having to decide on next years books! There are so many good ones to choose from (31 nominations this year) and we only pick 12, it's a tough job! After all of the voting we finally narrowed it down. Sounds like it will be a great year! On a slightly related note; I just finished re-reading The Great Gatsby and LOVED it! So if you are making a "to read" list, add that one to it!

I have read the Glass Castle and it was great. It really puts your life int a new light. It was very encouraging.

Thanks so much for posting the list, Liz! Are you reading them in this order? I'll have to make sure I get a schedule because I'd like to keep up from afar. Sounds like a fun year (and hopefully I can make it once this summer:)
Holy Crap!!! That's like a book a month right!?!?!? Plus do you read the book for the ward book club? I'm sure you read a lot to Macey too, WOW is all I have to say!! Brownie points for you girl!!
