Random Things Tag

1. I love the Arctic Circle by my house! It has the best playland for small kids, Macey can do it all herself and there are no endless tunnels for her to get lost in (or me to try to go in after her in). They also have awesome customer service, last time I was there they came by my table at least twice to see if I needed anything and offered to refill my drink for me! You don't often get that at a fast food place.
2. I have a guilty pleasure addiction to Babysitters Club books. I was a huge fan when I was younger and have probably over 100 of them in boxes in Macey's closet. When I am feeling stressed and want to read something I don't have to think about, I pull one out! Some people have comfort food, I have comfort BSC!
3. I almost always wash my hair at night and sleep on it wet. Weirdly when I used to do that before I was a stay at home mom my hair was always grossly kinky in the morning, now it is mostly straight (or so I think, don't tell me if I'm wrong-I want to keep the illusion alive). It might be because I have different layers in it now, or it might just be that my hair knows how hard it would be to take a shower in the morning with my little Macey!
4. I love Jon & Kate plus 8 but when I read their book I had a major panic attack that I was going to have 8 babies!!
5. I have been known to be scolded (nicely, of course) by my husband for putting things in the garbage disposal that don't belong there. Mostly small garbage!
6. I have never lived anywhere but Utah (only Salt Lake County) and hope that I never do, but part of me envies people with enough courage to move away from where they grew up and start fresh...I will live vicariously through you!
