Turkey Day

We had a very fun and eventful Thanksgiving this year that included a trip to the condo, lots of macaroni and cheese, an engagement (see previous post) and a broken nose and 14 stitches!!! The day before Thanksgiving Grandma Glory fell in the bathroom and hit her face on the counter! She is a trooper and still had us all over for Thanksgiving but her poor face looked awful...some of the grand kids were a little scared :) She is doing better now and has already gotten her stitches taken out. I hope that is a holiday tradition that we don't repeat!
Wednesday night we headed up to the Miles condo in Midway for some Thanksgiving family bonding. We had a great time but I only took a few pictures (my camera died right after Matt & Kara announced their engagement!).

Macey had a great time playing with her cousins (especially Cody) and reading her books. Uncle Rob was a great sport and read the Shaggy Dog with her many times :-)

Thursday afternoon we headed down to my Grandma's for Thanksgiving with my family. Dan and I were both so stuffed that we couldn't even eat dessert there! We were also able to go back to Grandma's on Saturday night for some leftovers, a little turkey coma after a loss to BYU is a good thing! I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving!
