On Friday night we carved our pumpkins. I wasn't sure how interested Macey would be or if the pumpkin guts would bug her. On a side note, I wish that someone would sell pumpkins that were already clean. I would pay a lot more for my pumpkin each year. Someone please make that happen before next Halloween :-) Anyways, at first Macey wasn't sure if the pumpkin was cool enough to tear her attention away from Elmo... But after a few minutes she got into it. She liked to touch the guts and seeds and she loved playing with the shapes that Dan and I had cut out of our pumpkins.
And her favorite part might have been taking the top on and off the pumpkin. Why doesn't that surprise me? :-)
If you are trying to figure out our blog's address, here is the story...When Macey was born we started calling her Macey Moo (which worked out well since my childhood nickname was Lizeroo). Her room is farm decor so we even made her a cow shelf. A few months ago we were talking to Dan's nephew Trevor about last names and he told us that our last name was Moo, as in Dan, Liz and Macey Moo!

I can't believe she'd touch inside. Hannah still doesn't like it.
