Fun in the Sun!

One of our favorite things to do with Dan's family in the summer is go water skiing! At the beginning of the summer we all get out our calendars and map out our dates to go to the lake. On Saturday we had our third boating trip of the summer at Jordanelle. Macey seems to love being at the lake and playing in the water, but the last two times we have gone she hasn't gotten in the boat. You may remember how excited I was a few posts back that she seemed to love her life jacket...well I guess it is different wearing the jacket in our house than on the boat because it is not a hit at the lake :-) Oh well, she has alot of fun on the shore! This summer Dan and I are definitely feeling old-when did water skiing get so hard? :-) I was much happier (and less sore) this week after trying out the wake board. I even did a 180! It sounds a lot cooler than it was! We had to leave early to go to Jack's baptism so I didn't get pictures of everyone but it's better than nothing right?
