The weekend after school got out we celebrated summer with a camp out with The Williams and the Murphy 's. This is the third year we have gone and I feel like it just keeps getting more fun as our kids get older. We headed down to the Willows again, nothing says camping like being minutes from the McDonald's :) but it is so convenient and no fear of a mountain river running right by your campsite. The kids had a blast, as usual. We painted rocks, made s'mores, fly Nick's kite, played on the playground, and played T-Ball along with other running around!

We ended out camping trip with a little excitement, Dan and Macey had left early to go to a make-up soccer game and Avery and I stayed a cleaned up and played for a couple of hours. When it was time to go I couldn't find my car keys, turns out Dan had them! So he and Macey had to drive back down and rescue us. Good thing for cell phones :)
We had a great time and are all ready planning for next year!
