I guess we are pretty lucky to have made it almost two years without Macey getting a stomach bug-but our streak has ended! She has thrown up before but it was always a one time thing and usually a result of coughing or chocking on something but now we have experienced the real deal. To the little sweeties credit she was in a very pleasant mood when she wasn't throwing up and got some good hours of sleep in (why do these things always seem to hit at night?). She is doing much better now, it must have just been a 12 hour bug (hopefully).
She got to watch alot of Abby and Elmo today and we pretty much broke the "binky is only for bedtime" rule. I guess those are the perks of being sick :-)

Oh crap, I hope she didn't get it from Tyler. After that morning they played together, Tyler was sick for almost a week with the throw ups and diarhea. I feel your pain on the pj's, cribsheets & laundry. Lots of towels and Tom's clothes (from being thrown up on) got washed too. Tyler was given the perks of having his bottle whenever he wanted it too. Hope Macey starts feeling better soon - and that her mommy and daddy don't get it too!
That is never any fun. Tell Macey that Raegan will trade her broken leg for the stomach bug. I hope she is feeling much better now. Oh how we get to enjoy mother's day weekend :)
What a bummer! That stomach flu is awful! At least when she gets a bit older she can tell you when she is going to throw up....a lot less mess to clean!
