Avery's First Tooth!
And apparently she isn't happy about it being photographed!
We have felt like this girl has been teething FOREVER and this little beauty finally popped through last week! It coincided nicely with her turning 10 months and with her figuring out how to pull-up...she is a pretty good multitasker :-) 
Avery has become a super fast crawler, earning the nickname"turbo" from her dad! I think Macey would prefer Avery stopped crawling and stayed in one place, it would save her from having to say "Avery, No! That's my toy" about a million times a day! Avery continues to be a happy fun baby. She loves food and is now totally on formula (I think I had a harder time giving up nursing than she did, she was way to busy and wasn't getting enough milk) and wants to do what the big people are doing all the time! And since I feel like Macey's life before 18 months (also known as life pre-blog) is not very well documented, here is her first tooth, around 8 1/2 months!

First tooth and the next thing you know it'll be her first boyfriend! :) They grow up so quick & she is such a doll! Happy 10 months Miss Avery!

I'm impressed. I never thought to take pictures of my kids' first teeth. Oh well, I'm learning from you so maybe I'll be a better mom the next go round.

Congrats on Avery's first tooth! That's always a tough one. Also, how nice to have finished up nursing before her teeth start really coming in. I think nursing babies with teeth is just about the scariest thing on earth. I actually think it should be an Olympic sport that you can medal in ... but that's just me ... maybe i'm too skittish when it comes to matters of possible dismemberment?
