Easter!

We had a fun Easter weekend at our house! As the girls get older and start understanding things more the holiday traditions keep getting more fun. On Saturday night my parents came over for dinner and we dyed our eggs and colored Easter sacks. This year we tried putting the eggs inside of a whisk to dye them and I think it worked well. Sometimes it was a little bit tricky getting them in and out of the whisk but it made it a lot easier for the girls and they didn't have any broken eggs...Grandma on the other hand had two :)

The girls were really excited to find the eggs on Sunday morning and to see what the Easter Bunny left in their sacks! And of course, they loved the candy :)

After church we had a great dinner and egg hunt at Grandma and Grandpa Miles house...but the pictures are all on Dan's fancy camera that I don't know how to work :) Grandma and Grandpa did a great hiding job and they color code the eggs so that Brooke's can be really tough and Macey's are just right for her. It was really fun! And of course the girls got darling new dresses...I can't believe how grown-up Macey looks in this picture!

Happy Easter!!!!
