Christmas

We had a really fun Christmas this year! I don't know if it was because we tried to tone down the presents and stress or just because Macey was older but things went so much better than last year! Christmas morning was so fun watching the girls open their presents, the biggest hit was Avery's car ramp and we have to keep reminding Macey that she can't push Avery away from her own toy :) Macey's Mater costumes was also a big hit...although Macey's face doesn't show it in the picture!

Our next stop was breakfast at the Cromar's where Macey's dress-up mania continued with a Tangled dress! She didn't wear real clothes all day, either dress-ups or jammies! Avery liked her bowling game too but would have been much happier if we could have taken home Keri and Ryan's cat! She even tried to give the cat her binky :)

When headed up to see Grandma Nichols and then met up with Dan's family at his parents house. Macey and Avery really love playing with their cousins and I love seeing what great friends they are becoming! On Christmas Eve Macey and Cody and Nate had gotten into a fight (about BeyBlades I think) and when we first saw them on Christmas Day she said"Oh, there's Brooke, the nice one!". Avery loved the little blanket Grandma made for her Dora baby and layed down with it!

We had a nice dinner at Grandma Glory's to end up our Christmas and we watched some awesome old home movies from a trip to Lake Powell about 27 years ago!

The day after Christmas we realized Santa had forgotten to leave one of the girls presents out...their new beanbag chairs!

What a fun Christmas!! Macey is already wondering when it will be Christmas again :)
