So far (she has had three games) the season has had a lot of ups and downs. Macey really likes running around at practice, wearing her soccer uniform, finding other little girls who are number 5, cheering when people score a goal and of course, the treats! She isn't so sure however about actually playing soccer at the games :) She spent the first half of her first game having a tantrum! She did come around and enjoyed the second half, especially when she got to do a throw-in...the coach told her to stand in a specific spot and not to move herfeet during the throw. Unfortunately he forgot to tell her that she could move after the throw! She stood in that spot cheering until Dan ran over to tell her to join her team! Her second game went better and her third was somewhere in between. And she definitely does not like soccer pictures!! If you see a picture of the Pink Bubbles this year you will notice that our cute Macey is missing...she was on the side crying :)
So far the best quote of the season has been when Dan asked Macey if she followed the ball during her game and Macey replied "No, I follow the girls!"
