Valentines Pink

Sweet little Avery decided to be festive for Valentines Day...by getting pink eye! Poor girl! We have had a sick house this past week, Macey had strep (but has improved quickly on the antibiotics-thank you modern medicine). I have a bad cough and Dan has lost his voice, all he can get out is a little whisper!
Avery's pink eye got her a visit to the pediatrician, her second in one week...she had her 9 month well check a few days ago. I cannot believe my baby girl is so grown up! Sorry this post is lacking pictures, let me assure you Avery is still the cutest baby around :-) She is getting so fun everyday and is becoming an expert crawler, as well as an expert at getting into everything! Awhile ago I wondered in a post when Avery would become the "pesky little sister", well I think the time is definitely here. All day I hear Macey saying (or yelling), "Avery, no!". I guess Macey's toys just look too fun to resist! Avery is clapping, loves baths and loves eating real food. She is already a little peacemaker in our family and can often calm Macey down or help us get Macey to obey by having Avery "do" it first. We love you Miss Av!!
Here are some 9 month stats:

• Height: 28.1 inches (75 %)
• Weight: 17.10 lbs. (30 %)
• Head: 17.5 inches (65%)

Avery seems to be evening out to where Macey was at this stage, their height and head were exactly the same and Avery only weighs .6 lbs more!
