On The Move

Our little Avery is getting quite good at moving around! Yesterday she figured out how to roll over from back to front which has made changing her diaper a bit of a challenge :-) She also loves to scoot her body around when she is laying down so her head will stay in roughly the same spot but her feet will be pointing the opposite way. It is so fun to see her learning new things and seeing some of her personality come out and her smile just melts me!
Avery had another big move today, she is spending the first night in her own room! I had a much harder time moving Avery out of our room than Macey (she was out at 2 months). I think some of it is that Avery is such a great sleeper I didn't feel like having her in our room was interrupting our sleep too much. I also feel like I am much more aware this time around of how quick they grow up and I want to hold on to that baby stage! But in spite of my sadness I decided to bite the bullet and make the move. I want to make sure Avery doesn't' get used to our room and I keep thinking that I will get up before Macey wakes up and workout but since I am have been feeding Avery in bed it is way too easy to go back to sleep.
OK, I have to go think about something else now, I am getting sad again about Avery growing up :-)
