St. George

For UEA we headed down to St. George for a little vacation.  The girls were really excited for a few days before we left, one day we had just pulled into the garage and Avery started crying saying that she didn't want to go inside.  When I asked her where she wanted to go she said "St. George!". 

One of the first orders of buisness once we got there was swimming!!  Macey loved the Sand Hollow pool last time we were there because you can ride down the waterslide together.  This year she got even braver and went by herslef while we caught her at the bottom...she did go under the water once but she kept going again!  Avery, who might become a little daredevil, loved the slide too but carrying her up the steps over and over was quite the workout!

 

The next day we headed up to the Red Cliffs Recreation area to go on a little hike.  Macey loved holding our "map".

This waterfall and little pool were at the end of the hike.  The water was cold, I was glad that the girls were content to just put thier feet in :)

We also spent some time at the merry-go- round and splash park by the St. George Tabernacle.

 

We got to see Steph and Shaun, which Macey Loved!  We also went bowling and spetn a lot of quality hanging out time together :)  I love a vacation!!
