On one of the last days of summer we finally made it to the zoo! We went with my mom and were anxious to check out the new Rocky Shores exhibit. Apparently a lot of other people had the same idea because it was crowded!! But the exhibit did not disappoint...at least in terms of the polar bear who we got to see swimming all around. Very cool :) Macey brought her Tooth Fairy money and picked out a very cute polar bear (with a little help from Grandma) and Avery got to choose a cute little tiger. As always, the carousel was the big hit of the day, and I didn't get any pictures!
We couldn't miss the lion fountain!
