Happy Birthday Little Miss Ave! She is definitely more of a little girl now than a baby and brings so many smiles to our family :) Avery is really starting to assert her independence about how she wants things...she has started laying on the floor and crying when things don't go her way. But aside from a tantrum here and there she is a happy little girl who wants to do everything her big sister is doing! Avery is a big talker and loves to sing songs, dance and look at books. She is a super snuggler! She loves Mickey and Minnie, Max and Ruby, her blankies and binky and her chocolate milk! She calls herself "you" and when she wants to get our of her highchair she says "get outta here!". She loves to talk about Disneyland and the Small World Ride too! She got spoiled this year with three birthday parties and tons of cute presents including a stroller, her own boots and princess dress, a little doll house, a minnie mouse and a sandbox...our house may never be sand free again!!
Avery had her two year check-up on Monday and was surprisingly happy, especially when the nurse gave her an extra bandaid after her shot. Bandaids are a big hit at our house! She is still skinny and tall at the 97% for height (36.9) and only 3% for weight (21.13)...at least that adds up to 100% :)
