This year Macey got to have two Christmas dance performances. The first one was at the Festival of Trees at the end of November. Macey did great! She is still dancing at the same studio and has a new teacher this year, Miss Shannan. Macey loves it! She is definitely a pro at remembering the dances and almost always knows what comes next. This year she is with girls who are almost all younger than her (the class is 3-5) and I think she will be ready to move on up with the big girls next year. After her performance we saw some of the trees and did some fun activities in the Small Fry section.
In the middle of December she had her regular recital and did great again. She loves being on stage and doesn't even get nervous anymore...she just hates getting her hair curled for the recital :) Avery can't wait until next year when she gets to start dance class too!!
